Tasting plates revealed for Seafood Saturday

We only had to mention ‘kaimoana’ and ‘tasting plates’ for tickets to rapidly sell out for the seafood and wine experience as part of Seafood Saturday tomorrow.

People clearly love their kaimoana enough to wait for the delicious detail!

Now, we are delighted to reveal the types of kaimoana our Nelson chefs have been matched with, and what they will create with their kaimoana. The dishes will be created and then plated for 160 guests in the festival marquees on Upper Trafalgar Street from midday.

Each of six tasting plates will be accompanied with a perfectly paired Nelson Tasman wine taster.

Drumroll please…
